Hampshire ICT Services for Schools

We aim to provide a “one-stop-shop” for all School ICT needs, whether in the classroom or for management and administration. With over 500 schools linked to the main County Council network for a broad range of ICT services, the challenge is to maintain a high standard of service whilst continually developing systems to further enhance the delivery of ICT in all areas.

This site provides an insight into the broad range of services provided and aims to assist schools in making decisions about which services best suit their needs.

Hampshire County Council provides a comprehensive range of ICT services to the county’s schools through a well-established partnership between the Children's Services Department, IT Services and other linked organisations.

School leaders from all phases are encouraged to play an active role in the governance of the service and strong relationships are maintained with national agencies such as the DCSF, BECTA and NAACE, to ensure that Hampshire’s ICT service develops in line with national strategic policy.
